Terms of Service

Welcome to Zovo Live, a live streaming and social chat application operated by Zintora Software Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). We’re excited to have you join our vibrant community where you can stream, chat, and connect with people worldwide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms are designed to be clear and fair, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. They comply with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines and applicable laws, supporting Zovo Live’s features like live streaming, virtual gifting, and social interactions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any updates we may post. We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be notified via in-app alerts, email, or push notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. You must also follow our Community Guidelines, which detail acceptable content and behavior.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws or by any legal restriction.
  • Provide accurate information during account registration.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly allow users under 18, and accounts created by minors will be terminated upon discovery.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a social media login (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple ID) or phone number. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately at support@zovolive.com of any unauthorized account access.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts without our permission.
  • Use another user’s account.
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Zovo Live responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
  • Post, share, or stream content that is:
    • Harmful, offensive, obscene, or defamatory.
    • Infringing on others’ intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
    • Promoting hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
  • Record, distribute, or share live streams or private messages without the creator’s consent.
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization.
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation (e.g., hacking, introducing malware, or overloading servers).
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted features.

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts for violations, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. You are responsible for your content and interactions, and we may report illegal activities to authorities.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create or share (e.g., live streams, messages, photos, videos). By posting content on Zovo Live, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content to:

  • Operate and provide the Service (e.g., stream your video to other users).
  • Promote Zovo Live (e.g., feature your stream in app highlights).
  • Ensure compliance with our policies (e.g., moderate content).

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for content already shared by others (e.g., recorded streams) or retained for legal purposes. You warrant that your content does not violate third-party rights and that you have permission to share it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Zintora Software Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code.
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission.

If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed on Zovo Live, contact us at support@zovolive.com with details, and we’ll investigate promptly.

7. Payments and Virtual Goods

Zovo Live offers in-app purchases, such as virtual diamonds for gifting. You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as displayed in the app.
  • Comply with the terms of third-party payment platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

7.1 Virtual Goods

  • Virtual items (e.g., diamonds) are digital, non-tangible goods with no monetary value outside the Service.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or at our discretion.
  • We may adjust prices, availability, or functionality of virtual goods without notice.

7.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds for virtual goods are not generally offered due to their consumable nature. Within 180 days of purchase, you may request a review by contacting support@zovolive.com.
  • Refunds via Google Play or Apple App Store are subject to their policies.
  • Accounts engaging in fraudulent refund requests may be suspended or terminated.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, content, and virtual goods.

8.2 By Us

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if you:
    • Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
    • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
    • Fail to maintain an active account for an extended period.
    • Pose a risk to the Service, users, or our operations.
  • We may also terminate the Service entirely at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

8.3 Surviving Provisions

Sections 5 (Content Ownership), 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Governing Law), and 13 (Miscellaneous) survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or be available at all times. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zintora Software Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., loss of data, profits, or goodwill). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zintora Software Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, conducted in London. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or arbitrations. Exceptions include small claims court disputes within its jurisdiction and intellectual property disputes, which may be litigated in court. You and Zintora Software Ltd agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in London for such exceptions.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines constitute the full agreement between you and Zintora Software Ltd, superseding prior agreements.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms to a third party (e.g., in a merger); you may not assign them without our consent.
