Terms of Service

Welcome to Zovo, a social chat application operated by Zintora Software Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zovo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Zovo is a simple social chat app offering private messages (DMs), photo sharing, posts/feeds, user profiles, and friend connections. The current version of Zovo does not include virtual gifts, coins, diamonds, live rooms, or any paid digital items.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You agree to comply with them at all times.

We may update these Terms as our Service evolves. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Zovo, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.

We do not knowingly allow users under 18. Accounts violating this requirement may be suspended or removed.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using a phone number or supported login method. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us at support@zovolive.com if your account is accessed without permission.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts without permission.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use another user’s account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Zovo respectfully and safely. You must not:

  • Engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
  • Share content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Share photos or private content of others without their consent.
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate our policies. Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you share on Zovo, such as messages, posts, and photos. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and display your content to operate the Service.
  • Moderate content to maintain safety and compliance.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others or is required for legal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All non-user content—including the Service’s design, code, trademarks, and branding—is owned by Zintora Software Ltd and protected by law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Payments and Virtual Goods

Zovo’s current version does not include in-app purchases, virtual goods, coins, diamonds, or paid digital items. If we introduce optional purchases in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

8. Termination

8.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using Zovo or delete your account anytime via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile and shared content (subject to legal retention requirements).

8.2 Our Right to Terminate

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
  • We may remove content that violates our policies.
  • We may also suspend or terminate inactive or fraudulent accounts.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zintora Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to £100 or the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zintora Software Ltd and its staff from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in London, except where prohibited by law.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If a part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining parts stay in effect.
  • Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines form the entire agreement between you and Zovo.
