Zovo is a simple social chat app offering private messages (DMs), photo sharing, posts/feeds, user profiles, and friend connections. The current version of Zovo does not include virtual gifts, coins, diamonds, live rooms, or any paid digital items.

All non-user content—including the Service’s design, code, trademarks, and branding—is owned by Zintora Software Ltd and protected by law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our intellectual property without permission.
Zovo’s current version does not include in-app purchases, virtual goods, coins, diamonds, or paid digital items. If we introduce optional purchases in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
You may stop using Zovo or delete your account anytime via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile and shared content (subject to legal retention requirements).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zintora Software Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to £100 or the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zintora Software Ltd and its staff from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in London, except where prohibited by law.
